We ended our weekend away with a day of hiking at Brighton (pretty cool area, ski mtn built in 1936). We hiked Silver Lake and took an uphill (all uphill) hike to Twin Lake. It was intense, but so worth it. One of the hardest ones I have done with a kid on my back! We climbed 800 feet in elevation change and had some amazing views of Cottonwood Canyon and Silver Lake below.
