We took a Labor Day Weekend trip to Solitude. Its on the back side of Park City and only 18 miles away if you take the back dirt road (Guardsman Pass) or 45 minutes if you go to SLC and back up Cottonwood Canyon. We thought we would be adventurous and take the back way and it was beautiful. We spent three nights in Solitude and explored the Solitude, Brighton, Alta and Snowbird areas of Utah also known as the Cottonwood Canyons. There were even areas of snow patches still in September. I am breaking this trip up into three posts because we took soooo many pics!
