Pumpkin Carving
We carved pumpkins on Halloween afternoon. Bridget loved getting her hands dirty and finding the seeds inside. We carved two big and two tiny pumpkins. This is the beginning of a very fun Halloween for Bridget.
Bridget and Mommy
Ok, I know these aren't flattering photos of me, but had to post these special moments. I love my Bridget! 40 weeks pregnant...still awaiting Clara.

Rainy Day Blues
I had a mild case of Rainy Day blues the week before last. It had been raining for over a week and I was getting anxious to have this baby (that still hasn't decided to make an appearance) and was out of ideas. Bridget had a cold so I couldn't really hang out with friends. So thanks to Cody who helped me brainstorm over a gmail chat from work....Bridget and I headed to IKEA. We spent a long time there, straight to the kids section. She ran through the rooms, played with the kitchen, train table, easel and then we had a quick lunch. I have never ate in their cafeteria and it was pretty fun and cheap. We then headed home for her to take and nap and while she was sleeping I made homemade play-doh (idea from Cody again). It was quick and easy and she had so much fun when she woke up from her nap.

Grammy and Grampy's Play Date
Grammy and Grampy came over a couple weekends ago and took Bridget on a surprise play date! We were working around the house so they took B out for a couple hours. They stopped at Pumpkin City and let her run around, ride the Pony (her FAVORITE thing) and brought her back in time for a nap! She had a blast, thanks Grammy and Grampy!

Pretend City Play Date
Since a good week and a half of constant rain hit So Cal (as I blog on a 94 degree day in November) we decided to try out Pretend City! Bridget and her Cousin Livie went together and had a ton fun! I wasn't sure what to expect and at first it seemed smaller than I was expecting, but by the end we didn't even visit every area. Bridget was a little short for some of it, but she managed to take advantage of everything. We even got to see the Curious George exhibit which she loved! Based on her interests in the day she is either an aspiring Musician/Actress or Fisherwoman. We will for sure go back, but it might be a while if Clara ever decides to make her arrival.

Irvine Park Pumpkin Day
Mimi and Papa and the Reardon's all came to visit a couple weekends ago and we spent the day at Irvine Park. We rode the train, the kids rode ponies, picked out pumpkins, got their faces painted and had fun playing in the Pumpkin Patch. We had a picnic lunch together and braved the cool wet weather! We love fall and Bridget loved spending time with her cousins Connor and Charlotte!
